abies balsamea (balsam fir), ledum groenlandicum (labrador tea), myrica gale (balsam sweet), thuja occidentalis (thuja).
All the plants used come from wild harvests and our gardens.

Usage tips
- Place a tablespoon of herbal tea in your teapot.
- Heat 1 liter of water to 80°C, i.e. just simmering before boiling.
- Pour it into the teapot and wait 5-7 minutes before enjoying.
We love adding a little honey or maple syrup/sugar: it goes really well with the woody notes!
Note that balsam fir is a little bitter so you should not let it infuse for too long. We advise you to remove the plants when the taste suits you.
Limit yourself to 2-3 cups in the same day.
