Batch: C-GEN24-03 - MA / BB: 25/06 of Generous cream is not compliant. The texture has changed and lost its fluidity. People who purchased a jar from this batch can send us an email with a photo of their jar with the batch number visible, as well as their address, and we will resend them a jar.

The non-compliant cream has exactly the same properties, the same scent, and is therefore still beneficial for the skin. The texture is just less pleasant. So don't panic if you've used it!
