These are the reactions we imagined when creating this box! A challenge we took on with our collaborator Julien from Inspiration gourmande.

Pause Boréale will introduce you to two Quebec companies seriously dedicated to your culinary well-being. They offer six natural and delicious products to enjoy on their own, but also to cook with. A call to indulgence for those drawn to woody notes and chocolate (you definitely know some!).

Boreal chocolate and salted caramel barx 1

Ingredients :Dark Chocolate 70% (Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla), caramel (sugar, honey, cow's milk, cream 35%, dairy butter, aromatic salt from Sauvage-s (sea salt, balsam fir, thyme, savory, rosemary, oregano, maple sugar)
