DESCRIPTION

We decided to make poetry with " Bedaine sereine "! Take a look at this description in alexandrines:

This sweet nectar,

We found some verbena along the way and decided to enhance it in a fresh, lemony infusion. Combined with mint and rosemary, it offers a very pleasant blend on the palate.

In addition to helping digestion, our herbal tea calms the mind.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients (*organic products):peppermint*, lemon verbena, rosemary.

Peppermint purchased at Clef des Champs
Lemon verbena and rosemary from garden harvests.
using advice

- Place a tablespoon of herbal tea in your teapot.
- Heat 1 liter of water to 80°C, i.e. just simmering before boiling.
- Pour it into the teapot and wait 10 minutes before enjoying.

Don't hesitate to make an iced tea by letting it cool and putting it in the fridge for a while!
